Terms of Use

Pogomon is a browser party game played on one phone. Operator: Anton Ponochovnyi, private individual, Ukraine. For questions about the service or these Terms, contact support@pogomon.com.

These Terms apply to pogomon.com. By creating an account, you accept them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. We record the document version, time and method of acceptance.

An account is required to play. Sign in with Google or an email and password. Use an email address you can access. Do not share passwords, codes or recovery links.

The account owner adds local players without separate registration. Use nicknames rather than unnecessary personal information about other people and obtain their agreement to participate. Report suspected unauthorised access to support; change your password and end your sessions.

At the date of this version, Solo mode and three free basic themes are available: Cinema, Sport and Yummy. Teams, Premium and paid purchases are not yet available. A product card or description of a future feature does not mean it can be purchased.

The Rules page describes the ways to explain. Players assess answers themselves; the service records the selected result. We do not record conversations or assess answers using voice recognition.

When sales open, the pack contents, tax-inclusive price and payment type will be shown before payment. A one-off pack does not create a subscription or recurring charges: account access is provided without a monthly fee. This is permission to use content, not a transfer of copyright.

The planned payment partner is Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Purchases through Paddle will also be subject to its buyer terms and refund policy. Until checkout is enabled, the site does not accept payments. We do not request transfers to personal bank cards.

Before subscriptions launch, we will separately disclose their duration, price, renewal and cancellation process. One-off purchase refunds are described on the Refunds page.

The game is for personal leisure. Do not use it to harass people, act unlawfully, attack the service, bypass payment or access other people’s data. Do not automatically collect the full card database or resell access without the operator’s agreement.

Film, character and brand names and other references belong to their respective rights holders. Their use in tasks does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Minors must participate in accordance with applicable law and, where required, with their legal representative’s permission. Content marked 18+ is exclusively for adults.

Maintenance or faults may interrupt access. We maintain the service and fix errors but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged. This does not limit mandatory user rights, including rights concerning paid digital content.

For serious breaches, we may restrict access to protect the service and others. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Paid access and refund claims are considered separately under applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, write to support@pogomon.com from your account email. We may ask you to verify ownership but will not request your password or card details.

Please first try to resolve disputes through support. These Terms do not remove your right to contact a competent authority or court and do not limit inalienable consumer rights.

The version date is shown on the page. We will notify you of material changes to user rights through the service or email. Where new acceptance is required, we will request it separately. A new version does not cancel rights already established by law.
