Payments on pogomon.com are not yet enabled. We do not accept transfers to personal cards or payments arranged through messages. This policy describes one-off purchases after official checkout launches.
Digital pack refunds
Pogomon does not offer voluntary refunds merely because you changed your mind or already played the pack’s tasks. Once access is provided, purchases are final, except as required by applicable law and Paddle’s rules.
Any statutory right to withdraw remains available within its legal limits. For digital content, the exception for immediate access applies only with the required express consent and acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right; using a pack alone does not replace that consent.
Contact support if access was not provided, a pack materially differs from its description, you were charged twice or another problem occurred. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Paddle may separately review requests under its own policy; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
How to request help
Write to support@pogomon.com from the purchase email. Include the pack, date, receipt order number and a description of the problem. You do not need to give a reason when exercising an unconditional statutory withdrawal right. Do not send passwords or full card details.
For Paddle payments you may also contact paddle.net. Paddle will act as Merchant of Record and handle payments and refunds under its rules and applicable law.
After a refund
Approved refunds are processed by the payment seller, usually to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle, the bank and payment method; immediate receipt is not guaranteed.
Access to a refunded pack ends. Your account, basic themes and other purchased packs remain. Subscriptions are not sold yet; renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be published before launch. A one-off purchase does not create a subscription.
